Cancellation Policy

Our cancellation policy is structured as follows:

• More than 7 Days Notice: If you cancel your booking more than 7 days before your scheduled trip begins, you will receive a full refund, minus standard Stripe Merchant Fees (3%).

• Less than 7 Days Notice: If you cancel your booking less than 7 days before your scheduled trip begins, you will receive a Wild Sky credit. This credit allows you to join an existing trip on any future date that is convenient for you, subject to availability.

• After 5 PM the Day Before: If you cancel your booking after 5 PM on the day preceding your scheduled adventure, you will receive a Wild Sky credit to join a future existing trip, minus a $250 Last Minute Cancellation Fee.

Venue Changes and Expectations

Canyoning is an adventure activity dependent on natural conditions. Because of this, we cannot guarantee access to the specific canyons depicted in the product or tour you purchase.

• If the specific canyon you booked is deemed unrunnable or unsafe on the date of your trip, Wild Sky will provide an alternative canyoning experience.

• No refunds will be issued due to a change in venue. We are committed to providing you with a safe and thrilling adventure, even if the location must change due to circumstances beyond our control.
