WHAT DO YOU BRING:

*A Positive Mental Attitude and willingness to try new things!
*Shoes with good traction (Vibram soles preferred) that you don’t mind getting wet.
*Rain Coat and Thermal Base Layer.
*Swimsuit.
*Food and Water for 6 hours.
*Towel and change of clothes for the end of the trip.
