what is swiftwater canyoneering?
Swiftwater Canyoneering is an adventure activity that involves descending canyons using a variety of techniques such as rappelling, swimming, and climbing. The sport originated in the Pyrenees Mountains between Spain and France in the late 1800s. In recent years it has been rapidly expanding in popularity in the Pacific Northwest.
When and where do you guide?
Our trips run from July 1st through September 29th. We operate in Snoqualmie Pass just outside of North Bend.
Who is Wild Sky?
Wild Sky stands for professionally trained guides and premier service. Our guide team will model and teach your team the necessary skills and techniques. You’ll rappel down waterfalls and see places that only canyoneers can reach. Wild Sky provides you with all the necessary equipment to safely navigate through the canyon including specialty wetsuits and technical gear. What if I am solo?
